Training Division

 

The Flagler County Fire Rescue Training Division is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of readiness and professionalism across all levels of fire service personnel. This division is responsible for the development, coordination, and delivery of comprehensive training programs that encompass structural and wildland firefighting, emergency medical services, technical rescue operations, and leadership development.

Through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, and continuing education, the Training Division ensures that all members meet or exceed local, state, and national certification requirements. It oversees the onboarding and training of new personnel, completing promotional assessments within the organization, maintains compliance with regulatory standards, and promotes a culture of continuous learning.
