Flagler County Public Transportation (FCPT) is a demand response, shared ride, door to door service. Operators pick up and drop off multiple riders per hour and are ready to assist both ambulatory and non-ambulatory clients boarding and leaving the vehicle.
Service is open to eligible riders countywide, with a focus on older adults and people with disabilities. Riders must apply and be approved before their first trip.

Flagler County Public Transportation is updating its Transit Development Plan (TDP). The plan identifies transit needs and guides service improvements over the next ten years. The survey takes a few minutes and your answers help shape what the service looks like.

You may cancel at any time. Call 386-313-4100 and leave a detailed voicemail with your name, the date, and the time of the trip you are cancelling.
You will get an automated call the night before your trip and again about 30 minutes before the bus arrives.
Service operates within Flagler County. The fare is $2.00 each way.
Operators assist ambulatory and non-ambulatory riders. The application asks about manual and motorized wheelchairs, powered scooters, walkers, canes, white canes, respirators, service animals, child car seats, and personal care attendants, so list what you use when you apply.
Eligibility is limited to people who have little or no access to transportation because of income (at 150 percent of the federal poverty level), are over the age of 60, or have a disability that prevents them from driving. Applying does not automatically certify you for service, and a functional assessment may be required.
Submit a completed application with a copy of your supporting documentation. Apply whichever way is easier for you. The online form accepts your documents as uploads, and the paper form can be filled out by hand and brought to the office.

No. Service is based on availability and the number of buses in the fleet, and scheduled trips fill fast. We recommend making reservations four to five days in advance.

Drivers wait three minutes for each client to come to the bus, then leave.

Rates for advertising on Flagler County Public Transportation buses are set per year, per sign. All ads must be full size, printed, perforated decals ready for installation. Artwork must be supplied by the customer and approved in advance.
