Technical Review Committee

Established: Reference Land Development Code, Appendix C, Section 2

Function:

  • Review land development applications for completion and ensure County Code requirements are met before forwarding to the appropriate decision-making authority.

Membership: Consists of County Staff from various departments including but not limited to, the Planning and Zoning, Development Engineering, Building, GIS, County Attorney, Fire, and Health Departments.

Meeting Date/Time: Meets monthly the 3rd Wednesday at 9:00 a.m.

Meeting Location: Government Services Building, 1769 E. Moody Blvd, Bldg 2, 1st Floor Conference Room, Bunnell FL 32110
