Special Magistrate Hearing

Established: Reference Land Development Code, Section 9-12 and Section 162.03, Florida Statutes.

Function:

  • Hold hearings and adjudicate violations of the Flagler County Code of Ordinances
  • Assess fines against violators and impose liens against land; • Issue orders setting forth findings and final adjudication.

Meeting Date/Time: Meets as needed on 1st Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.

Meeting Location: Government Services Building, 1769 E. Moody Blvd, Bldg 2 Board Chamber, Bunnell, FL 32110
