The Flagler County Citizens' Academy introduces County residents to their government's day-to-day operations. Over eight sessions you will visit every County Department and meet our County Commissioners and Constitutional Officers. There is no fee to attend.
Flagler County's Citizens' Academy is a program designed to introduce County residents to their County Government's day-to-day operations. Participants will learn about each County Department, meet our County Commissioners and Constitutional Officers.
There is no fee to attend this program, but we do require all participants to register, as the class size is limited. We also ask all participants to generally commit to attending all sessions.
No cost to attend
The Academy is offered free of charge to Flagler County residents.
Eight sessions
Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8:45 am to 4:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
Limited class size
Registration is required and seats are filled first come, first served.
