Vendor Registration

Flagler County has partnered with OpenGov to transition from a paper-based bid solicitation process to a fully automated, web-based electronic bidding and vendor management system. The eProcurement Portal gives interested parties access to the following:

  • Notifications of future opportunities in the eProcurement Portal
  • Updates to existing solicitations including amendments and addenda
  • Ability to submit questions and receive answers for open solicitations
  • Guidance through the process of responding electronically to RFPs, bids, and other solicitations to ensure submissions are accurately completed
  • All bid opportunities issued by type
  • Invitation to Bid and Request for Proposal documents
  • Status of solicitations (broadcast, under evaluation, awarded, etc.)
  • Pre-bid or pre-proposal meeting dates and times
  • Bid or proposal specifications
  • Bid or proposal due dates and times
  • Planholders list
  • Evaluation score sheets
  • Recommendations for award
