The Flagler County Office of Procurement and Contracts (OPC) serves as the central authority for purchasing and contract management on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners. OPC collaborates with all departments to develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Invitations to Bid (ITBs) to procure goods and services as needed. Additionally, the department oversees procurements that fall below the formal procurement threshold, ensuring efficiency and compliance with procurement regulations.
