Welcome to Flagler County's Vendor Registration Portal

Flagler County has partnered with OpenGov and is excited to announce our transition from a paper-based bid solicitation process to a fully automated, web-based electronic bidding and vendor management system. Our new e-Procurement Portal will give interested parties access to the following:

  • Notifications of future opportunities in the e-Procurement Portal.
  • Updates to existing solicitations including amendments and addenda.
  • Ability to submit questions and receive answers for open solicitations.
  • Guidance through the process of responding electronically to RFPs, bids, etc. to ensure submissions have been accurately completed.
  • All bid opportunities issued by the type.
  • Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposal documents.
  • Status of solicitations (broadcast, under evaluation, awarded, etc.).
  • Pre-bid or pre-proposal meeting date and times.
  • Bid or proposal specifications.
  • Bid or proposal due dates and times.
  • Planholders list.
  • Evaluation Score Sheets.
  • Recommendations for award.
