Flagler Palm Coast Housing Fair

February 21, 2025 – Housing officials from throughout Flagler County are hosting the annual Flagler-Palm Coast Housing Fair, “The Act in Action” on April 12 in conjunction with National Fair Housing Month. The event will be led by the Mid Florida Housing Partnership and will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Palm Coast Community Center.

“Flagler County Housing Services and Flagler County UF|IFAS Extension are participating in the planning and collaboration for this event and will be in attendance to provide information to residents about available housing programs,” said Flagler County Housing Manager Devrie Paradowski. “The Extension Office will provide useful workshops during the event. Other partners include both the City of Palm Coast and the City of Bunnell, as well as additional local agencies.”

Housing Fair highlights:

  • Event Purpose – To educate residents about fair housing rights, homeownership opportunities, rental assistance, and home repair options and programs
  • Who Should Attend – Renters, homeowners, prospective buyers, and landlords looking for resources
  • What to Expect – Exhibitors (builders, lenders, realtors, housing authorities), workshops (finance, credit repair, legal topics), and local assistance programs
  • Event Details – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, Palm Coast Community Center, 305 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Palm Coast

“This is a great way to celebrate Fair Housing Month,” Paradowski said. “It’s important to know how fair housing laws support our community.”

NOTICE: Individual members of the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC), appointed by both the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners and the Palm Coast City Council, may attend this event. This is not an official AHAC meeting, and no committee action or voting will take place.
