Flagler County Attorney Michael Rodriguez is proactive in all legal issues presented for consideration by the Board of County Commissioners, including ordinances, resolutions, contracts, bidding, and interlocal agreements to ensure county compliance with all federal and state regulations. The office also provides legal protection for Flagler County through representation in court proceedings, both as plaintiff and defendant. Legal advice and representation is offered to the Board of County Commissioners, appointed boards, councils and committees, and is available to all Constitutional Officers upon request.
