Next Ten Years in Transportation

In September of 2022, Flagler County completed and adopted the Flagler Forward FY 2022-31 Transit Development Plan (TDP). Flagler Forward serves as the strategic guide for development and expansion of public transportation services in Flagler County over the next 10 years. Development of the TDP included several activities: documentation of study area conditions and demographic characteristics, evaluation of existing transit services in Flagler County, market research and public involvement efforts, local situation appraisal and needs assessment, implementation of measurable goals and objectives, and the preparation of a 10-year implementation plan for new transit services and supportive infrastructure.
