August 31, 2026 – Flagler County Commission Vice Chair Kim Carney will hold a District 3 Town Hall meeting from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on September 16 at the George Wickline Community Center in Flagler Beach.
While this Town Hall is being held in District 3 – Carney’s District – the Vice Chair welcomes residents from across the county to attend. She will primarily, with staff support, provide information about the beach/dunes and a status update on the Fairgrounds Expo Hall that will also serve at the county’s emergency shelter.
“Emergency Management Director Jonathan Lord will also discuss emergency readiness,” Carney said. “And, of course, there is always updated information to be provided about the beach.”
There will be plenty of time for a question-answer period. The Town Hall will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The George Wickline Community Center is located at 700 S. Daytona Avenue, Flagler Beach.
